Too bad, this one star rating is based on them showing up. I DO NOT recommend this company. MY HOUSE WAS CLEANER BEFORE THE SERVICE. Cleaners were unprofessional and inconsiderate and found every excuse not to clean what was discussed. I have taken pictures and sent them to the supervisor to show her the quality of work, she didn’t care and clearly had No customer service. I am disgusted in their cleaning, their customer service and their pathetic work ethics. I ADVISE you to look else where.

We are impressed with Clean4Me’s professionalism and efficiency. Having worked with several cleaning teams, it’s a pleasure to reach out and inform about our flawless experience. The team is professional, friendly, punctual, and reliable. Their attention to detail is much appreciated both in the kitchen as well as in the washrooms. Overall, we are impressed with the team’s demeanor and performance, and we also enjoy the weekly emails we receive together with the invoice and wishing us a nice week as well as a reminder of the upcoming appointment. It is great to see such a professional company. I’ve personally noticed the excellent quality of products that they use for their cleaning. The house always smells fresh, without the very intense scents that some companies use. Clean4Me offers a fantastic service indeed, and this at a very fair rate. Thanks Clean4Me for doing such a great job!

Clean4Me has been our weekly service for years. The girls taking care of our place actually care and want to make sure you're happy. I work a lot out of my home office and if I'm on the phone they'll quietly walk by or ask if they can vacuum. If there is ever a problem, they engage you to understand your needs and make you happy. We couldn't be happier. Great job Clean4Me.

My house is clean thanks to Clean4Me. We've had them clean the every room in the house and they are fast, effective, efficient, and professional. They are clear in their communication of what they will do and they do what they say they'll do. Communication prior to each visit is excellent because it's timely, concise, and they've been capable of accommodating minor changes. Working 10-12 hour days just prior to the holidays, my wife and I were stuck in a bind when our regular cleaner had to cancel services for a couple months due to a personal emergency. I called Clean4Me and was happily surprised to speak directly with a staff member who relieved my stress by accepting to clean our home on short notice with the explicit knowledge that we were only seeking a temporary contract. While Clean4Me documented a quote and contract for us, I did some quick research and was happy to see the company and staff are bonded, insured, members in good standing with the Markham Board of Trade and have an A+ rating with BBB. No one wants to make a bad decision when they're under a time crunch. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to find a company with available resources right before Christmas and through the new year. Clean4Me juggled their cleaning teams to schedule us in and we did it with ease and peace of mind knowing that it is a reputable company. In addition to doing their job and doing it well, Clean4Me's staff have excellent communication skills and great emotional intelligence. They have been accommodating of our homebound child, both of our active dogs, our overly curious cat, and my home office presence. They've done so with professionalism and respect for our privacy. We have already recommended Clean4Me to our friends and will do so gladly again.

Clean4Me provides a terrific service. It is difficult to find a good fit for people to come into your home to clean. And how do you do the vetting? I'd rather have a professional do that hard work for me, like Clean4Me. I am happy to report that my house has never been cleaner. Thank you Cassandra! My time is now available to do things like cleaning the garage and organize the workshop! And play Bridge.
