I had a really positive experience overall. My phone insurance paid for the fix (minus $30 deductible) and my iPhone is like new. They were really busy when I first tried to come in (They don’t Initially give you an actual appointment time, your insurance just tells you to go within the next two days) He offered to have me wait or to make an appointment for the next day. I opted not to wait around, made the appt for the next day. The next day they were ready right when they said they would be and fixed the phone is less than their estimated time. A+ I would go back. Am considering having them work on an old laptop.
