My Samsung 6 cell phone was charging very slowly. I did a "chat" with Samsung and asked if the battery could be replaced. Samsung told me I could not replace it but a technician could and gave me the name of the authorized repair locations. I am in Greece so this was close for me. I called the store and spoke to a very nice young man to get a price on the battery and asked how long it would take. I took a ride up there and spoke with Brent (he is not the person I spoke to on the phone). Brent was absolutely wonderful; very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They did not have the battery in stock but he told me he could have it tomorrow morning and he'd call me when it arrived. I could not have been more pleased with both the phone assistance and the interaction with Brent. I highly recommend this store to anyone with cell phone issues!
