Colbert Ball sucks!! They charge you alot of money without telling before submitting how much they are gonna charge. I will never go back to them again. Worst place I have done my taxes so far.

Filed taxes with them and they fraudulently filed my return without a w2. Ended up having to get my return amended and ended up owing back. Advised them of their error and they even admitted the fraud to me. I recommend anyone who has filed their taxes through them, have all your returns checked. They won't return any of my calls and at one point tried to give me a bad check written by their company to pay me off. I'm actually contacting their corporate office today. There are some easy forms to print off line to report them and their business to the IRS for tax preparer fraud as well as the business itself. I'm leaving next year up to the professionals at H & R Block.

Worst company ever , they messed up my income tax and are now charging me 60$ to fix it when they messed it up , please don't go to them I been driving all around Houston for two weeks , they are never at their location and don't answer your calls

I don't like them at all, I filed back in February with this company, they messed up my taxes I had to go file an amended return they charged me 60 cash, here it is October I am just now getting my taxes from their screw up, and they still charged me not 500.00 but 690.00 for their screw up bad business I won't ever use them I wouldn't ever recommend them it is sad this is how they make their money by screwing innocent people over

This company can't answer the phone, they phone number is disconnected. I am so going back to Jackson Hewitt next year. Please dont waste your time with this company.
