These guys took me to the cleaners !! Cost me $500 to move approximately 30 % of area into a 10 × 15 storage unit. Moved less than one bedroom less than 3 miles to a storage unit. The initial contract was set up through corporate in Tampa for a one hour minimum. Ft Lauderdale manager argued that HIS minimum was two hours!!??. An Email I have on his own Ft Lauderdale letterhead says one hour. Was never advised their policy of mandatory wrapping of items.This is where they got me for the second hour. Also was informed of possible military discount.No discount. When I tried calling after they knew I was unhappy, their secretary Tracy started screening my calls. Called from my personal phone and no answer.Called seconds later from my business phone and was answered by the third ring ! This happened twice! Also my girlfriend says there was nothing college or hunky about their guys. Buyer beware !!!
