I think it’s expensive. I have a one bedroom apartment to move inside the same building. I also told them only to move one sofa, one bed, one mattress, one TV. They need 3 hours and asked for almost $600. I cancelled.I saw your reply and here is my response. "You are a liar!" I attached an image here and it clearly showed that I have contacted you since it says "following up on the inquiry you made". In addition, I said almost $600 rather than $600. Anyway, your customer service did tell me it required 3 hours and it would cost almost $600 for just one sofa, one bed, one mattress and one TV!" Again, you are a liar.What about travel fee? You know you charge the travel fee but why do you hide it when you do the calculation in response to me? Hehe. In addition, don’t you think it’s ridiculous for you two movers to use almost 3 hours to move one sofa one bed one mattress and one TV from one unit to another unit inside the same building? The mover I asked only need less then one hour.
