The service was horrible, there was nothing to choose from, and it took them minutes for them to bring me the paint. All the workers kept going to the back and talking when I needed things.

Came at 740 pm on a Thursday. Not a single customer in the place. Mall closes at 9. And I called earlier in the day to ask about the hours. The girl working didn’t bother to get up from sitting in the back. Just said “ it’s 740 so I’m just gonna put that out there” Hint taken, and we left. I don’t think it would have taken more than an hour to paint a piece. It’s too bad because I came with my 15 year old daughter and we were having a special mom / daughter girls night while brothers were gone camping. I don’t know if I’ll get an opportunity like that again where the 15 year old girl wanted to do something like that with mom. Zero customers in the shop and lost two over that horrible customer service and comment.

I enjoy the painting and pottery options but the last time I visited the staff were kinda cold. Barely spoke to us, just ate in the back and had earbuds in. I know not all the staff are like that so I hope the next time I visit they will be friendly and helpful again!
