If you are looking for a place that will deliver what the promise, stay away from these folks! Ordered basket to be delivered same day by 5 pm. At 4:30 basket had not been delivered so I called the office, was told they could not reach the driver and not sure what was going on.I expressed concern ask to speak with a manager and was transferred to vm. Left a message. Never heard from anyone.I called back the next day and expressed my concerns that the order did not arrive and would it arrive today, they said yes. It finally arrived after 2. Was told I would receive a refund for the extra $ I spent for same day delivery, NOT A REFUND AND NO CALL!!Terrible service!
