We procured popcorn machine from them. They just trade Chinese items and do not manufacture here. Very average quality items.The popcorn machine came with a Teflon coated bowl that gave in in 4/5 days light usage. I doubt if it is some blacknpaint rather than Teflon. Very concerning. The cart for the machine had a missing handle, castor wheels that broke on installing, tyres wheels that do not fill air(old stock). In toto, fragile items taht do not last.The company is very responsive for complaints but it deals in overpriced substandard items.Would not recommend their products to any quality conscious buyer. Better go for branded Indian ware that offer better grade materials and sturdy build.I am sorry to have purchased from them.
