The quality of ingredients is top notch. The service is average, nothing bad. The cooks need some work though. You should not say "cooked to order" in your menu if a piece of meat ordered "medium rare" is cooked well done. They gave me another skewer, which was cooked rare, but it was still good. This place has a lot of potential, don't let your reputation be dragged down by people that don't know what they are doing.

Huge let down tonight, not enough quality staff to run it tonight. Sat forever without being asked our order, no one to make hot bread. Needless to say we left, we'll eat somewhere that's staffed.
