We hired this franchise for 3 office locations. Overall it has been consistently unsatisfactory. There is no quality control and lack of attention to detail. For One of the locations we are already on our 4th cleaner because the 3 hired before did not work out due to very very poor performance. Our other location is also hurting. Bathroom walls never wiped, office furniture and surfaces that should be damp wiped on a regular basis are not being done. Baseboard heaters were all dusty on top and it took a follow up for the contractor to actually properly clean the toilet in the bathroom. Not to mention the microwave that had not been cleaned in over 1 month when it’s supposed to be done much more frequently. We also receive notifications of clocking in and clocking out. An office that is 1500 sq ft takes a lot longer to properly clean than 35min of work with 1 person. Our third office (the smallest one) is actually great! Very nicely done and it is well upkept. Bathrooms are clean and floors and surfaces are bang on. Great Work! Only reason really why it’s a 2 star review. It’s a true shame that there is no quality control on the cleans. This company truly emphasizes the saying “you get what you pay for”. Overall I would not recommend Coverall Due to the unpredictability of the quality of the cleans.

Unfortunately, we had to terminate this "Service" for our office after few months only! We always had to clean on Monday's AFTER the cleaners. This is a franchise, the cleaners have limited time and are NOT qualified or professional cleaners (as advertised) I/we don't recommend this company. Please ask for current reverences! January 2019
