Waited my turn in line. The employee then waited on two different families while I stood there. Those people came in after me and he knew this. He would not look at me in the face. Another family then came in and he waited on them so I walked out. Extremely rude and terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

We had a great time here !Lots of samples very kind to our children and no problem with pricing!Our kids had a ball running around the patio which was nice so the adults could relax. Ice cream and fudge were tasty wanted to try the bacon but we left before getting back. Lots of candy for the kids to look to through they really made a mess and the people working said no problem but I'm sure it's expected that kids get excited!Can't wait to return next year to see how they have laid the patio out

Upcharges customers. My wife did not say a size, and only ordered one flavor. He charged her a medium. The rest of us ordered smalls. Then at the cash register he said “three smalls and a medium, that’s all, right?” Well, the electronic receipt showed three mediums and one small. We ended up paying about $8 per person for mediocre wholesale ice cream. Avoid this place. There is a reason there is no line and Big Olaf has customers lining up outside on the street two hundred feet away.

the manager is extremely rude and sarcastic. when asked a simple question she rolls her eyes and scuffs. also, she has no will to assist with anything. terrible service, save your money and go elsewhere.
