Terrible!!!!! I used this company because of the ad and recommendation on the daily Sean Hannity radio show. I told the agent, Enoch Simmons, I resided most of the time in Prescott. My home was listed with him in May of 2016 and is in North Scottsdale. He gave me the date when the photographer would show up. I came down from Prescott a day early so as to spend a whole day cleaning, especially my windows. That didn't happen because the photographer showed up a day early. the same was true with the person who was shooting the video. Multiple times I told Simmons some of the pictures were incorrectly identified. The garage bathroom is not the powder room. The powder room is not the master bedroom. The response as usual is bloviating and no correction. When there was a showing he would tell me he would call after and update me of the outcome. Negative, no call back... Three other times he called to say there was going to be a showing and no one ever showed up. And, no call from Simmons!!!! Continually the real estate sign on the highway a mile from my home was falling over. Or the wind would blow it 90 degrees to where the sign was facing north and south instead of east and west. My complaints were responded to more bloviating and I eventually gave up on the sign and the wet and soggy flyers. In September of 2016 he said we should take the property off the market till after the elections and holidays are over and list it again in the first week of January, 2017. When there was no call from him, I called. He said, "We should wait another week as people are still just getting off the couch from celebrating New Years!!!!! When he did finally come out he said he needed to change the lock box as the current one doesn't work. An agent when the house was previously listed told him they could not get in the house because of the faulty lockbox. I told Simmons you have had three months to change the lock box. He said it would be corrected in 24 hours. Five days later, no new lock box!!!! I wrote an email with all of my grievances. Simmons said I would receive the paper work via email to cancel the contract in 24-48 hours. third day still no response. I called and demanded the necessary paperwork better arrive today or I am filing a complaint with the Real Estate Commission. The email arrived a short time later and I returned the signed contract to cancel. The end of my problems? No, my current dilemma is the key to my home has still not been returned. My recent email: Return the key or I will submit a bill for the expense of a locksmith changing my locks.. The real kicker? Simmons teaches Real Estate classes!!! This review will not post without a star rating. Thus one star which is not worthy for such a pathetic company.... Glynn Ellis

5 stars! We worked directly with Justin Dols. Justin was excellent in communication and availability- he was quick to text, email, or call as needed but was always respectful with my availability or schedule. We chose Curtis Johnson based on a google search and the existing positive reviews and glad that we did. Loved the pictures, the 3d walkthrough, and the rest of the little touches.

Curtis is amazing! He listened carefully to what we were looking for, lined up a dozen houses that fit the bill, negotiated the best deal possible and helped us with a top-notch lender that was able to get us from qualified to closed in three weeks. I've never had such a smooth experience buying a house. I strongly recommend Curtis Johnson!

I recently Purchased my first house on 2/23/15. I have to say that MATT DIXON was the most professional realtor I have met. I talked to quite a few people and never felt comfortable. It always felt as if they weren't truly working in my best interest. Speaking with Matt he was up front and re-assured all of my concerns. As a First time home buyer I had many of them. Throughout the process he kept me well informed and looked into every detail that I had asked of him. I appreciate everything that Matt did for me and would refer anyone and everyone I know over to him!Thank you Matt Dixon of Curtis Johnson Realty! You have a customer for LIFE!

I would highly recommend Curtis Johnson Realty to anyone looking to start a real estate career or fine tune their career to a higher level. The training program they have is amazing. It provides the agents with that competitive edge that they need in today’s market.The brokerage really cares and supports their team. They really want everyone on their team to be successful.Their lead generation is the best I have seen. They offer such positive team support. I have never been at a brokerage like it. I look forward to growing and learning with this brokerage. It has been a great choice for myself. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to succeed and become that better than average agent!
