Pretty unsustainable practices. Gotta do inventory and have stuff on hand if everything is always "due today". Very amateur. Ask about their rotating staffing issues. Other reviews praising them are asked for and the 3 people named do very little to none of the work. Aso asking an idea to make you a better leader isn't the way to go. Certainly not at this stage of the game. Id hate to still be pulling those hours and have just lost 16k in the deal to be still working FT.
