The D Pet Hotel is filthy, unsanitary and when you’re entering into the front greeting office part of the facility, you’ll be disgusted by the strong smell of dog urine. They have good sized rooms to pick from with higher prices but as soon as I entered one of the rooms that I picked for my dog, I noticed a significant amount of flies flying around the room which was filthy and not sanitized. I had no choice, due to a tight schedule, but to leave my clean and well groomed dog there for one night and I was hoping that nothing horrible would happen to him. When I picked him up less than 24 hours later I noticed he was filthy and had a strong smell of urine throughout his hair. Perhaps he relieved himself in the room if he wasn’t taken out often enough? I had to give my dog a bath as soon as we got back home!!Dog owners beware, you may want to think twice before dropping your dog off to this place. I know I will never take my dog to this pet hotel ever again!
