I have never had an issue with my order. However their standard shipping charge for a single shirt is around $13 in my experience. If it was fast delivery it might be ok. However it takes over a week, or sometimes a lot longer. For this timeframe it should be closer to $5+\-for shipping. If I pay $13+ for shipping on a $25 shirt I expect it second day air. I will use as little as I can until this is fixed or I have another option.

Got wrong order in for my daughter i called in and girl said she will send me a print label to send shirts back and then they will send me new ones she put me on hold and i got another lady who told me i will have to pay to send the shirts back and they wont charge me to ship it back! Shipping is more then i paid for the 4 shirts this is just insane and the Lady couldn't have been more RUDE about it.

We use Darter Specialties for all our screen printed shirts, pens with our names on them, personalized memory sticks, whistles, lawn signs and so much more. Working with the team there is always easy, very professional, courteous and timely. They deliver a quality product in a reasonable time frame. Great company to order all of your promotional items from.
