Spoke with Arleen who thinks she is “whomever” due to some review in here for a auto quote and having excellent credit I thought let me see if ANYONE could beat Geico since I’ve been with them 17 years.After speaking with her about a quote and all, I never heard back from her and not even a phone call. I know as a professional engineer myself on the etiquette of returning clients or anyone calls in general , Arleen didn’t do that .I don’t know about all these nonsense reviews are about , but I will say that I wouldn’t be doing business with Dcap and Arleen.Arleen should be schooled on how to return people’s calls or reach out to them after when we give her the information NO ONE CANNOT BEAT GEICO EVEN AFTER 17 YEARS, N O-O N E GEICO IS ABOUT QUALITY AND NOT QUANTITYLIKE C CAP!!!
