I do not recommend anyone come here for any services. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude. She simply acts as if she doesn’t want to be bothered. A friend and I went to get our piercings changed but were turned away at the front desk because we had “keloids.” My friend had came once before to get a different piercing changed and at the time had an actual keloid and was still able to get the piercing changed. Is it a new policy for the front desk worker to determine if a piercing can be changed when it has been said by the owner in previous comments that “anyone who works at the front desk doesn’t know anything about tattoos or piercings.” I can assure you we don’t have keloids. I suggest they get new staff up front.
