I usually go to your store in San Clemente however this evening I was cured. I got to the drive thru at about 10:30pm, because I'm too stupid to know any better I waited for about 2 mins. and heard from no one. I then drove to the window and no one was there. There were however a couple of people mopping the floor in the dinning area but they did their best not to make eye contact as to not have to take an order. I finally got the attention of a person mopping and he asked with surprise if I had ordered food. I said no and offered that he watched me drive in but paid no attention. I spoke to the manager Fernando and he said the intercom had been turned off, yeah right. I mean no disrespect but night manager at Del Taco doesn't scream "I've made it", but at least have some self respect and do the minimum required. All I asked is you take my order and don't spit in my food. Needless to say I will never spend another dime in that store or Del Taco period. Thank you for this eye opener. San Clemente store #1144 has set me free.
