During this visit, the staff was extremely polite and friendly. The service wasn’t that long either and they did decent work to my vehicle. Overall, this place is good at what they do for not too high of a price, and they’re courteous in and out the door. Will come here again.

I called the dent doctor on West Markham, the Receptionist Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once I got there, Mr. Ron came out to assist me with a smile on his face, and inform me that my problem could be solved with a simple task of just buffing out the area. It took him less than 10 minutes i was a happy customer on my way, with my car looking brand new again. Thanks Jeri, Your customer for life!

I was VERY impressed with Dent Doctor. I had gotten three estimates and theirs was the best. I was hopeful that since they were more reasonable than the others that the results would be good. I was NOT disappointed! I can’t tell where the deep scratches were on the front or back! They are REALLY good.

Best experience ever - I dented my rear bumper on my 2010 Rav 4 by getting to close to a brick mailbox. The mailbox was fine. I went to Ducky's first to see if they could fix my bumper and they recommended Dent Doctor. Great service, reasonable estimate, explained everything - my car looks brand new as they touched up some scratches on my car also. The receptionist was efficient and pleasant and the my sales rep was very conscientious. I highly recommend Dent Doctor.
