Overall Feedback:

I toured their factory once. The love and passion all of their employees have for these machines is outstanding. They build their machines to last as long as you take care of it, and they're always a phone call away if you need help. I've been using a IR-7N, an older model, but it works as if it just rolled off the floor. The people building these are all wonderful, skilled, hard-working people, all employed right here in the USA.
