Good service at a reasonable price. But they forgot to take the tape off the mic (internal) on my phone they repaired so had to go back and leave it there again. Also left a tablet there for repair and never heard back about for almost 8 weeks even though I reminded them on my return trip on getting my phone correctly fixed. Picked up the tablet and no apologies or effort to resolve. Owner is a good guy and they seem to know their stuff but lacking in a few areas.

Can't say how much I appreciate the staff and there honesty. I've been to 3 stores before I found this diamond in the rough it was worth the drive. first store I visited one wouldn't fix it the second had to order and it could take up to two weeks. The third fixed it that day but the next day the screen came up and broke as a result. I won't say what shop, but just days after the repair they wouldn't fix my device or even to offer any help. The funny thing is DPR took the time to explain why it happened and helped me understand not putting down the Other store but actually took the time to explain things to me. I have never seen such great customer service I would recommend them to anyone. The prices are great and the do quality work they even let me watch and explained every step. Even though it was over my head. But if anyone needs help dealing with any repairs this is the place. Thanks again Dpr greatest.

Stopped by DPR to see about repairing an IPhone 5C. Mother had dropped hers and screen separated from the frame. The guy at the counter helped us immediately, talked through the process and what he was seeing. He buttoned it back up and fixed the problem within a few minutes. No charge and recommended we look into replacing the screen soon as the plastic tabs were broken and would lead to more issues. I had expected to pay a significant amount and am definitely pleased with the candor and upright focus on customer service. Definitely earned a repeat customer.

My daughter's new phone had the SIM card stuck in the slot. I called Direct Phone Repair for help. Not only were they able to help take the SIM card out, but he made sure the phone was working properly after installing it properly. They were very helpful and courteous. If you need your phone fixed, these guys are there for you!

Direct Phone Repair is the only true option for getting your phone repaired. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've had some serious issues with multiple phones (my staff is always breaking something) and I won't go anywhere else at this point. Verizon is completely useless comparatively and there's nothing DPR can't do. They have even come in on holidays and after hours to help me. Really the best!
