This company is huge ripoff 97 % fail rate of the stores out of 3000 stores only a hand full are operating as dollar stores now. You will be sorry ------ don't trust the BBC rating they let companies pay for their rating....

I opened Eureka dollar June 20th, 2016 in Eureka Mt. thanks to the awesome! staff at Dollar Store Services. Eureka has needed a dollar store for a while and I needed a job. After doing some research on trying to open a dollar store , I found Dollar Store Services. Miss Angela is the first person that I talked to. She was very encouraging through the whole process. I had the whole team from Dollar Store Services helping me from financing, to real estate, to training & the build out of the store,to opening day. I was a little nervous because I haven't worked in retail much before, but the whole team encouraged me through the whole process. The training was awesome also because I was able to meet everyone in person who I had been talking to on the phone, The whole staff is super nice! After 6 months of being busy & loving my store, I know I still have support from the staff at Dollar Store Services if I need anything, they are awesome!

I am the owner of the best dollar store in Houston, TX. Let me say that was the best move i could have made, but none could have been possible without the professionalism, patience and expertise of the DRSS crew. They are amazing, from the initial call to the follow-up to the different sections, everyone shows care by ensuring that all your questions are answered properly and teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful furthermore when your store is open they continue to assist you, trained you, checking on you. I am confident that you can't go wrong by going with the dollar store services, do not hesitate as they are the best in this business. My husband and I purchased a store from DSS and opened June 2016 in Maryland. We love our store, plus DSS was fantastic with all their help. They walked us through the whole process and if we had any additional questions or concerns they answered all promptly. They have a variety of store set ups, for instance Party store, Mailroom, Teen clothingstores, Dollar, Dollar and up and more. Over this year and a half, If I have a question, I can call them and they will help me find the answer or give me resources. After opening we started looking at what was selling or not selling for our location and we expanded some of our products and reduced some sections. Having your own business is totally up to you after the initial set up. You run it, you take care of everything. I highly recommend Dollar Store Services to anyone wanting to own their own business. They not only set you up, but they become the best resources of information for the future.
