We have been to this place twice in the last month. The first time, the waiter was pushy, unfriendly, and could not have smiled if his life depended on it. We just looked past this as thought maybe he was having a bad day (the restaurant was very busy). The second time (just there tonight) same waiter was pushy again...we didn’t even have our coats off and not seated yet and he’s wondering if we are ready to order. Again no smile, no eye contact or anything. Came back after about 30 seconds and asks if we are ready to order. We said we wanted to order drinks first. We ordered 2 margs on the rocks and specifically asked for salt on the rim as well as beers. Drinks arrived, only 1 little section with salt and lime wedge was a sliver of a wedge. The tiny bowl of chips for 4 people was stale and cold. We ordered our dinners and when it arrived one of our plates was incorrect (discovered after first bite). We waited a bit, and no one came to check if all was well. Finally went to the bar counter to ask for assistance. They came and took my incorrect plate and meanwhile the other people that we were dining with were waiting until my correct plate came. By the time my correct order came, their food was cold. And we had to ask for more chips...yep another tiny basket of cold stale chips! When we were finished eating, we had to ask for our check. The place was not busy at all, maybe 3 other small tables of customers. The food was subpar and the service was terrible both times we have been there...we won’t be back! Pitiful place, so don’t waste your time.
