Overall Feedback:

My husband and I got an account with them 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t came! But yet they charged his credit card TWICE already! We specifically asked them if they would come before the big snow storm we had in Chicago and they said yes but they didn’t come. It’s little things like this that gives your company a bad reputation!!
