We have been loyal customers of the Montana Avenue location in Santa Monica since it opened -- we've spent over $10,000 with this business. We had no problems, and then, we picked up on order and they had ruined three women's suits.There is problem with dry cleaning called 'fuzzy spandex'. In some garments, if the garment is spun to quickly, or, left in the cleaning solvent too long, it will break down the inner layer of a garment, and the inner layer will then extrude through the garment.We actioned with management, and they promised they would send the garments to a lab for testing, and share the results back. Well, following up with them regularly through phone calls, texts, and actioning with the associates at the store we could get no action or response. Finally, writing an on-line review we garnered this response from the owner -- basically blaming us. We have taken our business elsewhere, and, wanted to let other customers know to AVOID this business -- it's all just a fancy store-front with poor results and no customer service:I have never heard from you about your issues described above and it has also never been brought to the attention of my staff. As far as price, we provide the same if not BETTER quality than Browns Cleaners across from us, have you taken anything in to them to have cleaned ? their prices are at least 2-3 times what we charge, over and above their "absurd" pricing, they still use Perc in their cleaning process. I have done the best with your suits, we have trimmed as much of the elastic fiber that is poking thru the lining and this is the best we can do.The most I can do at this point out of courtesy is :I will write you a letter explaining how the items were cleaned & finished at our facility and you can deal with the retailer you bought the suits at. I can also get you the information of the fabric analysis lab and you can get the garments analyzed at your expense.This is the extent to which I am willing to extend myself.Thank You,Sajid Veera
