If i didn't find this place...I wouldn't want to think where my life would be. Because of Downsize Fitness I've lost more than 220lbs. I know I still have a quite a bit to lose, but I'm not worried about if I will get there, its just a matter of time. The trainers and the clients there are caring and supportive. To say that Downsize Fitness has changed my life is an understatement.
