Well I never had an iPhone before. My first one for my 26th bday was a 5 n it brought me so much justice😂. Now I have the 6s and I absolutely love it and it’s features. Although it would be nice 👍 to get a multicolored one ☝️ or turquoise would be ideal. Overall experience with eTech has been very pleasant and well deserve a round of applause 👏 for their outstanding service✊ 💯💕

I had a flash drive get snagged in my computer and broke. The best I expected was data recovery at that point but the gentleman helping me and made sure I understood every step of the process he was taking, the cost that would accompany it, and ultimately he was able to repair it temporarily! In addition to being reasonably priced, friendly, and knowledgeable, I was even given a recommendation on a more durable flash drive to utilize in the future to avoid this situation again! Will definitely be coming back. Anyone who needs help with data recovery should come here.

Do yourself a favor, go here for any of your smartphone, tablet, or laptop repair. I had a iPhone with a cracked screen, got quotes for replacement for well over $100 bucks! I was referred to eTech by a buddy of mine. I walked in, got my phone screen replaced, and walked out in, literally 6 minutes, for a fraction of the price of the "other" stores.

My wife's android phone gave us a message, after being turned off and then back on, saying turning this phone back on will reset this device back to factory settings. This immediately brought our world to an end. Went to the phone store and was told, " all we can do is hit the button and wipe out your phone." Fortunately the person helping us new about eTech and sent us there. Without going through all the details of how much Jerry Daues helped us he had us back up and running within 10 minutes and discovered other things to help us in the future. we were very pleased with the entire experience at eTech.
