My situation was very similar to Stormyee Edmonson. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for three days. None of my calls were returned. Very poor attitude when you call the main line and today when I pressed on why my calls weren't returned the call was disconnected. I will not be using them at all. Called a local gentleman and had an appointment in less than two minutes. Frustrated with myself for giving them three days in the first place.
