We had some clay pipes collapse (caused by tree roots) and the team at drain rescue helped us every step of the way! Roman spent a good two hours with us originally diagnosing the issue, he was amazing. He was very good at finding the problem, explaining the issue and detailing the job. He provided various quotes to meet our budget And resolve our issue. Roman also personally oversaw the work and ensur d we had the most experienced team for the job. The team was fantastic! Very perfessional, polite and courteous. They also took the time to show us the pipes, issue and corrected action when completed. The job took two days (started on Friday) and the team worked fast to finish as I was travelling out of country on Sunday. I would call drain rescue for any issues or plumbing work needed in the future! I would have no reservation using them. Thanks again team!

I called Drain Rescue after getting another estimate to repair root damage to our main drain. Steve came the same day to look at the job and was extremely professional. He used the camera and also found issues on the City's part of the sewer line that the first plumber completely missed. Drain Rescue's price was better than the first guy's and Oleg came to do the job the next day. He took great care to put down tarps and even used plastic to seal off the adjoining room so we had no dust to clean up after the job was finished. Other than the knowledge that we have new root-free PVC piping under the concrete patch that's presently drying, you'd never know that they were here. This is my second time using Drain Rescue and I won't hesitate to call them again (I just hope I don't have to!)Dave
