I hired Dry Patrol to remodel two bathrooms at my parents' house. The experience was excellent. The project foreman, John, was helpful and courteous. He walked us through each step of the process and we ended up with the outcome we were hoping for. The price was also fair. I highly recommend Dry Patrol!

While we were initially somewhat disappointed in the willingness of the estimator to work with us on itemizing which parts of the process we could do well, we were subsequently very satisfied with the Field Manager, Chad, who not only went through an itemized estimate with ballpark figures on what we could save by doing certain things ourselves (removing the carpet, for instance), but went above and beyond by actually showing us the best and quickest way to do it. Due to his willingness to work with us and the efforts of the work crew, Holden, Anthony and Michael, we were able to come in under the initial estimate.

Terrible experience. Rarely on time. Did not show up on three scheduled dates. New employees that are not sure of what they are doing. A "boss" that came in that needs to work on social skills. I used Servo Pro in the past and had a good experience. Should have stuck with them.

Being first time home-owners, we were pretty nervous to find water in our basement. Greg went above and beyond in not only helping us diagnose the problem but also in giving us all sorts of helpful tips and pointers in moving forward. We would absolutely recommend Dry Patrol!
