Pros: excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Prompt, quick, courteous and skilled work at the house. Air vent smell immediately noticeably better.Cons: (for me) wrong appointment scheduled, I know 100% I saved the correct date and time to my calender right after we hung up on the phone. On the day of the reschedule, the guys had been given the incorrect address, numbers were right, but they missed part of the name, a part I wouldn't be able to not say. Overall: excellent value for the money, and the employees are hard workers, I know mistakes happen, but we don't know how to fix them until we know they are mistakes. Definitely would recommend.

We made an appointment after a fire in our A/C system. They called to confirm, but did not leave a message. We do not call back unknown numbers. Since they didn't leave a message, we didn't know they were confirming. When they didn't show up, we figured it out. This is such bad policy for a business. In a day of robo calls and spam, no message = no call back. We will never recommend this company. Now that this appointment is screwed up, our A/C install has to be postponed another week and it's 90 degrees outside. Awesome.
