I wanted to clean Traffic Dirt Path on my rug. Duraclean Restoration Did not tell me ahead of time that's not possible on my type of rug. They cleaned it twice without desirable results (The dirt is still there). Charged me 100$ for cleaning service.Serge.

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday (7/12/18); having decided to come back to Duraclean after several years (of paying way too much) with another service. Cindy Gillespie was fantastic; a wonderful help in getting everything taken care of, and the technician, Tom Gerace, did a wonderful job. Great service, great price; highly recommended!

I had a huge mess from a broken steam pipe. They came quickly, responded cheerfully and took care of the problem efficiently.They also cheerfully came in the middle of the sub-zero weather to clean my carpet again this year. Job well done for a reasonable price.

We called Duraclean with concerns of mold. The salesman came out the same day, inspected, advised us there was no mold, but what we could do to prevent it. No hard sell, no fear factor, like we received from other companies we contacted. We also requested a quote on carpet cleaning.The technician came out the following week and did an excellent job on both services. I cannot believe how clean my old berber carpet is! Great job all around.

I've met Mindi through networking events. I've decided to finally take the time to write this. She represents Duraclean 24/7. Every event I attend, she is there representing the company. Should anybody need restoration/specialty cleaning, Mindi is my go to person! I am not waiting for a flood lol... But I am waiting for my carpets to get dirty...

Cleaned all the carpeting in our church as well as striped and waxed all the tiling. The team was very professional and personable - job done efficiently and with no inconvenience to us. I would recommend them for home or office. Had one person say they had been a member of this church for 40 years and never saw the carpet look so great!!! Price was great too.
