Feedback:

The worst technical support I have ever had to deal with. Reps have a very very bad attitude. Take your business elsewhere to a company that actually cares about the client experience.

We have had nothing but issues with these radios. I understand they are Brightsign and this place only sells and supports the radios but the support is terrible. We have had to return 3 radios in less than a year because of issues. We are now sending back the 4th radio. There always seems to suddenly be an issue because of something that has been working for months. Just stop reading and move on, DO NOT BUY THESE RADIOS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Sales person misled us on pricing. I gave him two locations, same service, $2500 difference for installation...

horrible. took me 3 months to even get an attempt to start music. Staff is not trained properly. Told me to get my IT guy to call them. We are a small business no IT guy. Would not recommend them at ALL!!!!

This is a great company to work for. They pay their employees pretty well and have a strong and positive work environment. I would recommend working here as well as recommending their music services.

Overall fairly reliable, however, staff is untrained and unable to help you with issues when they arise. They cant seem to solve the issues in many cases. Lastly, try calling for service or questions, average hold time over 10 minutes every single time

First month was great!! Month 2 wanted different music ( no luck) office became busy … month 6 tried to change music repeatedly for 3 months. Every time I received a CD UPDATE the was no change. Finally the last month the CD I received gave the box an error update and no music would play after that. Took a manager a day to call me back and gave me a hard time. They wanted to walk me through it but I had already tried for 3 months. They wanted to charge me if they brought someone out and would not let me return the equipment that costed $700.00. Said I only had a 30 day return policy. So the first month was great ( hint:30 days). I went headed and disconnected services.

We had SiriusXm music installed in our doctor’s office waiting room and it has created a great vibe for all of our patients that are waiting to be seen by our doctors. We have actually had a few people comment on the music helping them relax. It was a huge upgrade that required little effort.

We had been thinking about it for a while and finally decided to add SiriusXM music inside our office. I have noticed a huge change in our employee’s productivity. The music has changed the vibe in our and makes it a fun work environment. I would strongly recommend Dynamic Media!
