Terrible individual Bruegger’s store management. The Latta Rd. Greece NY store recently was assigned a new manager (Andrew ?) from another Greece Bruegger’s location that was recently closed who should not be dealing with customers. He’s rude, know it all, unwilling to help customers right a wrong. He argued an obvious error he made at the cash register with a store full of customers, then walked away without resolving the issue. Local General Manager needs to intervene and fire this manager before he ruins Bruegger’s reputation and customer base in this area.
