I ordered two $25 gift cards on their Dad campaign which promised 2 $5 gift cards. Having not heard from them, I called and told them I hadn't received the gift cards nor had I received an email acknowledgment with instructions. So they then sent that. But it was only for the $50 gift certificate, not for the $10 inducement. It's been 12 days since, and I"ve made calls to the so called Customer Service who's response is that they will forward my information to Marketing who will then contact me. That still hasn't happened even after several written complaints/requests.
