I would not recommend this company to anyone. Prior to installation they promised to do yearly check every March and respond to any issues immediately. After installation we discovered leaks in the system which they never addressed until I asked them to take their system back and give me back my money. We are still not sure if the system is leaking or not. They were supposed to change our vents, which never happened even after several calls. The yearly check does not happen regardless of number of calls or emails.
