The staff at Ellipse Fitness are knowledgeable, well trained and always on the cutting edge of fitness. They truly care about each individual that comes through their doors. I began taking large group classes, but focus more of my time now in the Personal Training Center. Each program is designed just for me and what I want to work on. I have NEVER looked and felt so good! I look better at 37 than I did at 27!!
