I absolutely love Ellipse! I started back in January with the New Year New You challenge and I became a member by the third week of the program. I have never been much on group exercise before Ellipse but now I love it. The motivation I receive from the other members and the coaches encourages me to push harder and squat lower. I walk out of every group workout feeling like I worked my entire body and I didn't waste a second of the time I put into getting fit. Ellipse is like no other gym.
