Ellipse Fitness works!! I have been successful twice achieving and exceeding my weight loss and fitness goals at Ellipse. I tried other places including trying to workout at home and nothing worked as well as Ellipse Fitness. The classes are fun and intense so you leave feeling you got a lot out of the 45 minute investment. The optional nutrition program is easy to follow, practical and works. I am a working mom with 3 busy children and I have been able to fit Ellipse into my schedule and achieve great results. The schedule is flexible so anyone can fit it into their day. The staff and members are supportive and helpful. I not only get a workout, but I learn about nutrition, tips for eating out, etc. It is a place for any age and fitness level. There is no judging, just encouragement. I would defnitely recommend Ellipse Fitness.
