Excellent food! Ate here while visiting. The staff were incredibly helpful with the menu since it was my first time here. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile! Will be back next time I'm in town!!!!

This is the freshest sandwich I've ever eaten from a sandwich shop! The lettuce was crisp, tomatoes tasty, avacado & mayo delicious. Their chili was delish but could have used more beans.

Extremely rude! Argumentative "manager" said "feel free to complain and leave a terrible review he doesn't care." By the actions of this person it is hard to believe if he was actually the manager. My 10 year old practiced his order the whole ride over because he was excited to be going for his new favorite sandwich. The Tappy on white, no onions. It happens to be my favorite as well 😉. We went up to the counter and he proudly told the guy his order. He was asked if he wanted a combo it included a drink and chips or soup. Son turns around to check for approval and receives the ok. He turns back around and says "yes a combo, I think soup". He was reading the menu looking for soup flavors. I stepped up and said I would like the same minus the combo. Then clarified just a Tappy, on white, no onions. Guy asks 3 times what kind of bread. Asks for here or to go. I said here (I was meeting someone). I gave him my society card because I new I was up for a free sandwhich. Guy tells me price w/o free sandwich I said please run my card. He says no because it will take off the meal. I said then do it for just the sandwhich. He swipes it and says whatever. It took off the meal. I gave him my card and paid for the other sandwhich. My son says his soup choice and guy gets angry and defensive and said "You said chips." I told him as did my son that no he didn't. He gets more upset and says "whatever you get the whole thing free anyway!" He bags everything up and says "Tappys no onion with free soup." We went to sit and eat. My son's sandwich had onions. Dear me for bringing this to the guy's attention. He says "you said half no onion" and I said no. Then he says "well the kid did." I again said no. I asked if he is an owner or manager as to why he's so upset about this. He said manager. I said you have a terrible way of dealing with customers and are extremely rude. He says "yeah sometimes". I asked if he cared if his customers were happy or if we left bad reviews. He said "feel free to complain and leave a terrible review he doesn't care." He may not care, but you might like this to avoid it!

Great, classic soup/sandwich joint. Very quick, friendly service. Really good sandwiches and the chicken dumpling soup—and cheaper than I expected. Great classic playlist too! So, so good!
