Nightmare waxing experience. One of the most rushed and unprofessional I've ever had, with none of the usual pulling and breathing encouraged, and a real lack of communication from the beautician. By trying to rush the process the wax got stuck to my body and had to be cut off with nail scissors in a painful and stressful process taking over a quarter of an hour. Not paying for it was a given, but honestly I should have been reimbursed for all the hassle and money that correcting it at another salon and healing my broken, red and raw skin has caused me. Don't take the chance, pay an extra $20 and go somewhere where they actually know what they're doing and how to make your experience even moderately comfortable!
