Definitely not satisfied with this company. I WAS a repeat customer and spent several thousand dollars with them but lack of good customer service, lack of actual knowledge, and complete disrespect has earned them a lost customer and one star as well as this negative review. I won’t dwell into my experience with “over the top details” as others do. However, I will say I was NOT satisfied with the outcome of relying on Dustin (the person in charge of handling my situation). I will say that I spoke with another gentleman (the manager) who listened to my concerns and took a genuine interest in helping me..... but so much damage has been done to the reputation they once had in my eyes that it is too late to keep me. I’m not saying don’t go to them for help.... I’m just saying BE AWARE of who is helping/not helping you.

Ray, Anthony and Will are absolutely the best they always treat me like I’m their only customer!! No matter how busy they are they always come and take time out to talk to me and see if there’s anything they can do for me!! No one around the Triad can touch Eurobahn’s customer service!! I will always come back to them for any of my M3 or Porsche needs. Thanks soo much guys!!! Wade G.

Fantastic customer experience!! William made the purchase so easy and seamless. Spent less than 1 hour at the dealership finalizing the transaction. Everything else was done over the phone or electronically. Drove from Hickory, well worth the drive!!

Yes! Anthony and Will were great to do business with, straight forward with everything. Excellent car buying experience! The car I bought was in mint condition and the rest of the cars on the lot looked to be the same. Nothing scary with these guys in the slightest, very professional. Extremely happy with my purchase!

I have taken my BMW there for several years and the service has been consistent, the pricing is competitive with other service centers and dealerships, the staff is courteous and the work on my car has always been what my car needed to keep it running in good shape.
