Definitely not going to Exotica on Washington for anything again. Got two "quartz" bangers last night and by the THIRD use and not even two seconds of heat being applied, they BOTH broke. After talking to them all they said was "we can give 20% off of another one." What makes you think I'm going to spend money on something that is just going to break again? I'm not one to complain about places like this, especially working in retail; but that is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying "quartz" from them.
