Shona was great with our first cruise booking but when we had major issues due to the Boeing issue this year she was of ZERO help and frankly was rude. Sadly I will NEVER be using this company again and will most definitely be following up with Expedia management. My only further comment is purchaser beware ... She’s very happy to take your money but if Shona has to do her job she’s extremely quick to turn and run. Very sad and frustrating experience!
