If I could I would rate them 0 out of 5! Worst scam artists ever! They are a seasonal service company. I hired them summer of 2016 to treat my lawn. After several calls to complain about the quality of the product they were using, they kept promising to give it more time and let the product work for a longer period of time. The grass was awful. The following summer out of no where they showed up and fertilized the lawn and left me with an invoice to pay!! I called them the same day and told them they did not have my consent to treat my lawn that season. They insisted that I was responsible for paying their invoice and that their (scam) policy is to automatically renew your contract (which I never signed) if you do not cancel their service by phone or mail! What if I had sold my house over the winter? They would show up and hold the new owners responsible for the bill?? A year later and they have their collection agency calling and threatening me with poor credit rating if I do not pay their invoice.. LOL
