Tried contacting hq express about kent, wa office letting receptionist fire me while out on injury for inquiring about sick pay requested and for 2 weeks finally paid and child support took half that even though they collected all for that week. Complained about it especially since they sent texts too me after numerous requests ignoring sick pay. Management at that location is crooked and they give u run around to speak with any manager and ppl lie about knowing whom runs the place. Got file closed for asking about sick pay which is federally illegal as a worker... On injury at that... Gets terminated for exercising my rights as an employee. To make matters worse spoke with several ppl at hq in OKC and same run around lied to saying they have no email address to get it on record. Luckily for me all my calls are recorded evidence is right there. Lies lies lies express is gettin crooked and a bad name for itself. And hq dont care and literally wont do shyt so im building a case and im gonna sue and ive got attorneys interested first attorney that has good standing that will take 28% instead of 33% get the case. I have an attorney for my injury and reason for not being at work that will complile a report for the attorney taking this case. WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR HANDS DOWN AND NO THEY DO NOT HAVE UR BACK AT ALL!!!Dont believe me look at owners responses from hq about any express they take 0 responsibility all answers the same to a shady express location which makes more horrible reviews for all express.... Only a matter of time before they sink if nothing gets done hq keeps turning their heads and not creating a policy for all express franchise or not for practices. Express wants the money thats it they dont care what u or ur family is going thru nor do they care evidence or not (i have all evidence) that the express location is crooked or firing without cause for a hard worker thats been with express since 2015. They dont care period. If they answer this at all it will be a generic answer as they have a franchise and will let u get railroaded.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. They contacted me about a job, then the recruiter for express sent the most unprofessional emails. The emails were not even complete and had no email signature. The recuiter would put the email content in the subject line, talk about lazy. No longer interested in the other company because of express professionals unprofessionalism.

The Springfield Missouri location is probably the worst staffing company I ever seen in my life there’s horrible communication at this job and also professionalism if you ever go there never go to the recruiter named mandee she lied on my profile just because she asked a dumb question and I corrected her she asked me did I drive to another state and get a traffic ticket I said to her no you don’t drive to a state get a traffic and go to court the next day next thing you know I get a call saying my assignment was ended and they they said I had 3 no call no shows on my profile I tried to talk to the owner Sharon Snow and she’s just as unprofessional as everybody there these where her words “we will not rehire you why don’t you go work for Penmac or something “ I wish I could give this place negative 10 stars because I promise you it’s worth it
