I'm a Driver or PSR who picks up Clients as well as Students at Times/Destination Drop off points as well as Pick Up.

One star was too good for this company. No matter the circumstance this company will only wait for you or your loved one for 10 mins. Whether they are early for pick up or you are having a medical emergency such as my Dad did while at dialysis he had a bleed that needed to be stopped this company waited 10 mins then left him stranded. But their website says caring and compassionate.

ATTENTION HAZELWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND All OTHER St. Louis area districts, and ALL KIDS IN TRANSITION FAMILYS. Wow.... What a horribly ran and unprofessional company from employed drivers to management. I have two children who get transported to and from school due to a life changing event. At first glance the kids in transition program seems like a great idea. Think again, so far the kids have had careless drivers, Constant speeding and overall bad traffic behavior. I’ve actually called the kids before while in Emt vans and heard horribly obscene music. . ( grown adult man Listening to graphic sexual music with only one 12 year old girl in the van.) Ive had a kid left without rides. Once I was told they didn’t pick up my 12 year old girl and didn’t know when they would be able to get her home from school. ( they actually said the words we don’t know when we will get there to pick her up just tell her to keep waiting outside , we’ll get a driver there when we can. ) Leaving her stranded sitting in front of school for 1 hour plus. I was told at that point, this sort of thing would be stoped and corrected, needless to say still same thing keeps happening. I think the school pays good money for these services and Emt has found a way to capitalize on kids in tough situations . The kids don’t get home from school till close to 6 most days. They get out at 3:10. Both children attend the Hazelwood school district. I would like to also point out Lasinda and josh particularly rude and unhelpful. I would also like to point out McKayla is very helpful.

Wish I could put a zero star......these are the worse people to have as your child to and from school driver always late and all excuses my daughter was 49 minutes late to school today she gets picked up and goes to school in florissant so why when I called did they told me they couldn't tell me were my daughter was and it was a fight then when they did answer they were by olive Blvd exit 😡😡😡😡😡

Its great. Mr.Taylor was very respectful and professional and a great person to talk too. Im not hired on yet but i feel it will be a joyful job to wake up to and work for... Cant wait E.M.T. family

Emt services are the worst transportation for children going to and from school. This company either rides around, when they pick up my grandchild, if they pick up my grandson, who is 4 for an hour before taking him to school, making him late by a half hour. On numerous times, they have failed to provide a carseat for him.

I wish i could give zero....This company is trash from the manager (Louis) down to the drivers. They have sense of time(been late 9times, used them 10), and never take accountability when they are wrong. Louis had a whole attitude due to her drivers lying and about picking up my child and tried to blame it on someone else. She is very unprofessional so I see where the drivers get it from. You would be better off calling an uber or a cab. DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM!
