The first: Fairway divorce does not give you any legal document as a result. The result of their "Fairway process" is vaguely written "report", which presumably could be taken into account by associated lawyers, and they draft you a legally binding separation agreement for fraction of the price in fraction of the time. I had no chance to verify that, because my greedy ex. decided that she could draft this agreement herself.The second: Yes, as some other reviewers state, the whole process is very much biased towards females. Guys, get ready to be ashamed, threatened, and hear tear jerking stories about how unfortunate would be the fate of your ex. wives and your kids, unless you agree to their outrageous demands. Plus, you'd be constantly interrupted during negotiations. Don't know about others, but owner of the practice, Mrs. Fortin, have extremely poor listening skills for her profession. Also, Mrs. Fortin, especially likes to use kids as leverage in ex-wives favor. Disgusting practice, in my opinion. I have to take separate legal advice, spend numerous meetings in hard bargaining, in order to claw portion of what's mine back from these ladies in order to make my separated life remotely sustainable.We tried to use Mrs. Fortin's services for mediation of some separation agreement violation as well. The same story: instead of being neutral Mrs. Fortin start inventing excuses for my ex. right from the start, without even hearing from her.One star is for "free" legal seminar from the real lawyers, organized as a part of this "Fairway process": this one was kind of useful.
