In your Uptown location, Famous Dave's has a reputation as a blues venue with consistently good ribs. yesterday I was disappointed not by the food or service but by the blaring shireking pop on your juke box. Why would anyone shriek that kind of music in a very urban blue's venue? Blues is a great identifier for your shop on this street, we aren't all 26 year old hypsters from the suburbs, some of us actually have musical taste. Famous Dave's ambiance depends on it's maintaining some kind of distinction in a world of corporate food. Unless you want to end up the Perkins of Uptown, I suggest you at least provide the service you advertise with your ribs.....a blues experience.

Today April 6 2013 I called ahead to your Henderson location due to a large party of 22 spoke to a girl by the name of Jordon and made a reservation for 5:30 requested a server by the name of Renee R. Jordan took the reservation and confirmed it when the party got there at 5:30 we were told by the manager that they didn't take reservations and would have to wait 1 hour to be seated and could not be accommodated, we all were to be seated separately in different areas Jordan did not ask for a phone # and we were not aware of the situation until we arrived there was no efforts to accommodate us in any way being regulars at this location I can honesty say I was surprised the way this was handled your staff needs improvement in customer service and in training to be able have the employee on the phone with the proper information the managers responce was everyone makes mistakes but then with that type of mentality I believe that making famous Dave's our favorite place to eat would be a mistake also. Poor management service too bad we left and gave our business elsewhere and may continue too.
